2nd Belfast, Meeting with DCAL to discuss various outstanding issues.
3rd Dromore, Meeting with Dromore Angling Club Committee.
5th Lisburn, Attended the monthly Directors meeting.
6th Belfast, Attended the NIEL conference on Vision 2020; to examine the environmental developments conservation organisations would like to see in future.
10th Belfast, Meeting with Ulster Farmers Union about slurry spreading, and environmental protection generally.
11th Portadown, Directors Allan Kilgore and Gary Houston attended the meeting of the DCAL Salmon and Inland Fisheries Forum.
12th Enniskillen, Meeting with Waterways Ireland, and Fermanagh Anglers.

NOTICE FOR CLUB SECRETARIES
Poaching
Please ensure any potential poaching issues or information is forwarded to the Federation Development Officer as set out in the forms re-issued in July 11.
Private Water Bailiffs
It has come to the attention of the Federation that the court service are applying the charge of £100 for the appointment or renewal of Private Water Bailiffs. These charges are in line with the guidelines, however in the interim clubs should make one application for all renewals and appointments in this way clubs may only be charged the one fee. The Federation are still in discussions with the various authorities to try and resolve the issue.
Visit by Development Officer
As in previous years if any club would like me to come along to either a committee meeting or the Club AGM, during the winter months. To discuss either the work of the Federation and hear members concerns. Then let me know well in advance and I will try to attend.
