8th Lisburn, Attended the monthly Directors meeting.
9th Derry, Chairman attended a meeting, with Orri Vigfusson of the North Atlantic Salmon Fund and others, at the Loughs Agency to discuss a buyout scheme for remaining salmon nets in the Foyle area.
11th At Antrim, Chairman attended a meeting with Orri Vigfusson of the North Atlantic Salmon Fund.
12th Belfast, Attended a reception by NI Environment Link in the Long Gallery, Stormont, on progress on environmental issues
13th Belfast, Director Allan Kilgore attended Human Resources training in preparation for Active Clubs Development Officer interviews
14th Portglenone, Attended Clady Angling Club Annual General Meeting
15th Lisburn, Meeting of the Nitrates Directive Stakeholders Forum.
16th Belfast, Chairman attended a meeting with the Federation Accountants regarding the year end accounts.
16th Enniskillen, Meeting with DCAL to discuss the Lough Erne Management Plan.
21st Derry, Meeting with Loughs Agency to discuss the new “Cast” courses.
21st Portadown, Chairman attended a meeting, along with Director Gary Houston, of the DCAL Salmon and Inland Fisheries Advisory Forum to consider early drafts of the Lough Neagh and Lough Erne Management Plans.
22nd Cookstown, Meeting with Rivers Agency re Local Flood Forum.
28th Belfast, Attended a seminar “Planning for the Future” on the changes to planning applications.
29th Kesh, Attended the Kesh Angling Club Annual General Meeting
30th Belfast, Meeting of the Fresh Water Taskforce to discuss the Water Framework Directive and the floods consultation.
Correspondence / E-mails .
E-mail to all clubs on the draft Lough Erne Management Plan.
E-mail to all clubs on the draft Lough Neagh Management Plan.
E-mail to Maine Angling Club about the A26 roadworks.
E-mail to all clubs about an evening in the Elk Inn for money making events.
E-mail to NIEA for an update about the pollution from Wrights Factory.
E-mail to NIEA about the incomplete information which was sent regarding River Walks.
Letter to Danny Kennedy Minister DRD re the fishing rights at Seagaghan Reservoir.
E-mail to Kesh club about the sill at Kesh Bridge.
E-mail to all the new “Super Councils” for confirmation that they will consult with the UAF on any planning application which would affect a waterway or watercourse.
E-mail to all clubs in the Loughs Agency area about meetings to discuss the Carlingford Lough and Lough Foyle Outdoor Recreation Studies.

Private Water Bailiffs (PWB)
Please see recent e-mail, clubs may claim back court expenses from DCAL for up to 5 PWB. This is backdated from 1st April 2013.
